How to: Grow your Blog with Quora

Quora is a website where you can ask or answer questions about anything. It is also a great place to connect with new readers and to help fellow bloggers and others to succeed. All in all it can be a great setup for a win-win if you do it correctly. This is my view on how to grow your blog with Quora.

The first thing you should consider when answering questions on Quora is to deliver high quality. Take your time to write thorough and well thought out answers instead of just trying to post your link as many times as possible.

But what is Quora?

As I mentioned before it is a webpage solely made for asking and answering questions. It went public in 2010 and was founded by two previous Facebook employees.

Ask anything

You can ask or answer questions about basically anything that you can think of. It can be fun to scroll around to learn new things, especially if have homework or cleaning to do. Just kidding.

But since people ask about anything, most likely you can find something related to your page and that way grow your blog with Quora.

High quality

It is is just like when writing blog posts, if your content is of high quality it will market itself for you. Quora also has a voting system which means that you can benefit from providing good answers.

In the end of your answer you can leave a link to your page or a post with more information about the subject. That can be a great way to introduce new readers to your post.

For example if someone has asked about how to monetize a blog you can give advice of 10 ways on how to so and also link to your blog if you write about that topic.

It seems really easy and really all it takes is time to grow your blog with Quora.

Interact with others

If you want to grow as fast as possible you should also interact with other users, which is kind of self explanatory. The secret to grow on any social media is to interact and engage, so also on Quora.

Try it out

I suggest that that you give Quora a try if you have the time and the know how. I use it from time to time and it does get visitors to your page if you do it correctly. It is also free to use.
